This is a small and quiet property and therefore has attracted UTMB medical and graduate students since 1950. Each apartment is a 1BR/1 Bath unit with approximately 550 square feet. All units have lots of windows and lots of charm. Each apartment has been updated with new modern appliances and each bedroom has a huge closet. The two units upstairs have hardwood floors and treehouse-like views. The two units downstairs have tile floors and garden views. Rental includes water, gas, Wi-Fi and shared laundry facilities. We have a bike rack and a beautiful deck with a firepot for cooler months. Application and application fee of $20 required. 1 year lease @ $750 per month and deposit of $600 required upon acceptance.
